It's so strange. Back in Sec 1 when we were mere midgets... 13 year olds chucked in the same class based on our PSLE scores... and then in Sec 2, 14 year olds chucked in the same class based on our Sec 1 scores...

And then I left but they went on to complete the whole four years. And now they've graduated. Its so amusing to see them in dresses. Little black numbers and other varieties that transform them from the people i know, from ex-school mates, into... grown girls near womenhood.

The one thing about SC that i miss in the Up Lands is that spirit of unity. Class spirit... Sportsmanship... Sincerity... Courage... Generousity... Service... Prudence... Diligence... Perserverance. All the things they promoted, that despite sounding rather cult-ish, actually make a good load of sense. The only complications we ever had in our lives were those related to our studies. I rather miss that all-female environment. That closeness between us hens that only arises when the roosters aren't around.
