i would like to go up on a mountain or into the very center of an ocean and just lie there for one day.
Even if the sun scorches me to a dehydrated lizard, or even if pouring rain splashes like a torrent, i would like to remain there. Even if a spider crawls over my kneecaps and threatens to poison me with its fangs, or even if a monkey walks up to me and attempts digging my ears for lice, i would like to remain there. Even if responsibility calls me and people shout my name, or even if the silence becomes deafening and loneliness pulls my heartstrings, i would like to remain there.
I would like to still. For one day.
