i don't know about you, but i'm starting to get this feeling that today was probably one of those strange days when everything seems to go wrong, but in a neutral sense. It started in the morning. When everyone didn't see me even though i was right there.ok so maybe i walked right past them. =P but i was there!! Swear on your life!! lol Bio multiple choice was ok. Nothing life-threatening or anything of that sort that'd make a war veteran sick. THEN the whole karma dejavu thing started happening. Squeak was frantically waving her S$2 for reasons unknown right after the bio exam. Maybe she was glad to see that it was still there. I presume she was trying to make me jealous =P , but hey, i'm Singaporean. i see no particular value in a note that i used to use to buy my fish balls with. None whatsoever. I'm very sorry. We walked down the stairs and Apple Green asked me to come along with them on the bus, and i agreed due to a craving for human contact (home doesn't count) =P, and i found myself on an extremely extended journey home- by far the longest one in Penang. JASAG and I made it down the street once, and i proudly announce that i managed to keep in the lead most of the time (where's that fruit who said i walked slow huh :P), at which point Squeak figured out that she lost her wallet. SO we walked all the way back. Found the wallet. Decided it was karma for waving S$2 notes around. Got her to promise to pay for snacks since she made us all so so so so SO SO SO tired (you reading Squeak :P ). By the time we actually made it to the busstop it was already 2.40, a good hour since our exam, and we were all pretty much in good condition 'cept for the sudden change in colour of three tongues. oh and we met a smoker housefly at the stop. She had on a humoungous pair of sunglasses on and i couldn't recognise her till she spoke. She has always had a terrible habit of mispronouncing mine and carrot's name, or rather every other word she uttered, due to her barbarious accent. one unique lady, if i may say. The RAPID bus came pretty RAPIDLY and i must say it was probably RAPIDLY constructed due to the apparently lack of planning in the high seats at the back of the bus. THis is the first time in my life where public transport actually requires one to entangle yourself into a seat of about 50cm3. Not comfortable for tall people. I kid you not. THe worst part i suppose would be when i alighted. I'm was pretty afraid i'd miss the stop, having never taken a bus in Penang (My first bus. Yes indeed.) o me being me tried to hurry down the RAPIDLY constructed stairs, each about 30cm?, before the bus stopped moving. Not discounting the fact that my physics paper had only been the day before, i should have realised that that wasn't A Very Good Idea. i somehow mananged to get myself stuck in the confined space, dangling there like an icicle and at the complete mercy of momentum, my head caught at teh ceiling of the RAPID bus. The good thing was that Squeak and Green Apple were probably the only two to witness the incident, and maybe a few bystanders, one of whom had fat that resembled an arm. (lol sorry that was for Green Apple :D the lady i asked you about >< ). By the time i made it home, it was 3. THe lift wasn't working. I walked 27 storeys to get home. Bravo. By the end of the day, i lost my specs while swimming, and met A North at the swimming pool. Never quite an experience that can replicate the horrors of meeting a teacher in your bathing suit. ANd its quite ironic how just yesterday, i wrote on the quiz that i never lost my specs, and lo and behold, i lose my specs. Spec-tacular. (THat was lame. i know. Shhh.) GEography and lit tomorrow. yay. -.- i think i shuld go now. lol.
