Perhaps in this point at your life whereby you are facing pressure and great expectations, you should take a break and just sit there you know? relax. OR you could become suicidal, go emo, grow your fringe just to complete the image, but i personally don't find that very attractive.
I suggest you follow my suggested course of action. ^^
